A French countryside chateau just hit the market, and it just so happens to belong to the family of Paris Ow-Yang, who purchased the property two years ago. Ow-Yang is an 18-year-old Only Fans model and Eastern Suburbs influencer who’s recently seen some controversy. Allegedly, she crashed her car into a parked van while inebriated. Shortly after the event, the family decided to sell their Southern Highlands retreat, listing it at a $12M evaluation.
Ow-Yang was recently charged with high-range drunk driving. Police stated that she was over the legal limit when she hit the Mercedes people mover. The accident occurred in Point Piper last week on one of the most expensive streets in Sydney, Wolseley Road. Reports place her hearing at Downing Centre Local Couty on November 10th.
After the incident, Ow-Yang was arrested and escorted to Waverly Police Station. Everything went down on Wednesday, October 18th, and the real estate listing occurred shortly thereafter. Dr. Michael Ow-Yang, a neurospine specialist, and his wife Amanda officially listed the weekend property in Bowral. While this may lead some to believe that her parents were quick to act in accordance with what happened to handle their assets in the most meaningful way, there is no suggestion or evidence that the two occurrences are directly correlated in any way.
The property is officially entitled the Chateau Blondel. Sales records show that the family purchased the property in November of 2021, and now, they’re ready to part ways with it and provide it to its next proprietor.
