The CEO and founder of Compass, Robert Reffkin, reacted to Tutor’s news: “Tracy’s decision to join Compass is a testament to the strength of our platform and our ability to attract top talent in the industry. Together, we’ll reimagine what’s possible in the luxury real estate space.”
Tutor has been a star of the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles show since 2017, alongside Josh Flagg and Josh Altman, who left the show last year. News broke in October 2024 that Josh Altman, alongside his wife Heather Altman, was departing the Bravo program after season 15
The couple shared a joint statement at the time: “What can we say?!! Million Dollar Listing LA has been a hell of a ride. The memories, friendships, experiences, sales, highs, lows, and doors it has opened—we will forever be thankful for. NO REGRETS.”
They continued by adding, “Thank you all for being part of this incredible journey with our family and business for the past 15 years of our lives. What a blessing to be part of such an amazing show that started an entire genre of television. There are so many people to thank. And especially all of you who have been with us for the ride. WE LOVE YOU!!!!”
The Altmans Moving
Josh and Heather had shared that they had decided to “turn the page” on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles to move on to the next chapter of their lives in a video on their Instagram page.
“Since the most recent season, [season] 15, just finished airing and we are on hold for a moment here, we have decided as a couple as a family that we are going to move on from this incredible show that has been part of most of our grown-up lives [for] 15 crazy, amazing, fun-filled years,” Josh shared.
Josh Altman praised the reality TV show by saying it helped his real estate agent career.
“It’s how you use the machine of television. From day one, I was very careful about everything that I did, because I realized that if you use television correctly, it can be the greatest marketing tool in the world for your business,” Josh shared in July. “And if done correctly, it can catapult your business to a whole other level that would take most people a lifetime.”
